The Dragon's Roost Story

Tony has been a gamer his whole life — cracking packs, slinging spells, rolling dice, painting minis, you name it. Owning a game store wasn't just a business idea. It was a dream. When he and his wife Tessa decided to make it real, they knew exactly what kind of place they wanted to build.

Not just a shop with product on shelves. A place where anyone can walk in and feel welcome — whether you've been playing Magic since Revised or you're picking up your first Pokemon deck. A safe, friendly space where kids, families, and seasoned grinders all belong.

That's The Dragon's Roost. Tony and Tessa built it in Marshfield, WI, and they run it the same way they'd want their favorite local game store to run — fair prices, honest trades, and people behind the counter who actually play the games they sell.

This is the part Tony cares about most. The Dragon's Roost isn't just a place to buy games — it's a place to play them, together. We run tournaments, leagues, and casual play nights for Magic, Pokemon, and more. Tables are open any time we are. Never played before? Even better — pull up a chair and we'll teach you.
